How to use the online shop Cillabijoux

Welcome to the online shop of Cillabijoux.

Use our e-commerce is very simple, just a few clicks you can get the convenience of your computer or mobile device in our shop!

To access it, just click the “shop online” button and you will be virtually a showcase of Cillabijoux! You may decide to simply browse the product gallery or choose an order you prefer: popularity, rating, news, lowest price, highest price.

If you are looking for a particular product (necklace, earrings, bracelet … etc.) You can select it from the “Product categories menu”.

When you find an article of your interest, click on the image and you will get more details. Each card has a photo gallery, you can enlarge each photo with a click; Read carefully the description of the product, it contains all relevant information on materials and workmanship, and any notes to customize the product.

In the articles available in more colors you can find the list of those available in the “Additional Information”.

To purchase, click the “Buy” button, the product will be automatically added to your cart; Now you can decide whether to return to purchases or end the operation.

By clicking on the button “View Cart” will open the screen with the summary of your order. If you selected multiple products or added quantities, click “Update Cart”; Now you must select the shipping costs with the “Shipping Calculation” button: Select the country you want to ship the product and then click on “Update Total”, now choose the type of shipping you prefer and finally click on the button “Finish Order” .

Your order is almost finished, you’re on the “Checkout”, where you will find the form to fill out. Fields with an asterisk are required.

Remember at this point to include in the “Order Notes” section including custom requests. In particular, in this space, you will need to specify the color of the product you have chosen with the corresponding article. For example: “Coll1002 color 01” to order the Collier Knot in Black.

Finally proceed to pay by selecting the method you prefer; check the box to agree to “Terms and Conditions”, and your order will be forwarded.
